                              RESOLUTION NO. 19143
               
               
               A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
               THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO ENTER 
               INTO A CONTRACT WITH COMMUNITY HOUSING 
               RESOURCES BOARD TO PERFORM AN ANALYSIS OF 
               IMPEDIMENTS TO FAIR HOUSING CHOICE AS THEY 
               EXIST IN THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA IN THE 
               AMOUNT OF FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 
               ($5,000.00) DOLLARS.

                   BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the 
         Department of General Services be and is authorized to enter 
         into a contract with Community Housing Resources Board to 
         perform an analysis of impediments to Fair Housing Choice as 
         they exist in the City of Chattanooga in the amount of 
         $5,000.00 Dollars, a copy of said contract being attached 
         hereto and incorporated herein.
